Meadow at Dusk Mexican Saltillo Pillow
Newly made pillow from a Mexican Saltillo blanket from the 1950's. This one of a kind pillow was handmade by Ashley Drost of Meadow at Dusk. Originally symbols of wealth and prestige, Saltillos eventually became an important symbol of Mexican independence.
16" x 24", wool and cotton, down insert
Zipper closure, pattern on front only. Back is 100% linen
Please note that due to the vintage nature of the textile, this Saltillo has been softly worn in and has slight imperfections. This is characteristic of antique wool weavings and adds to the charm. Dry clean only.
